Senior System and Process Analyst

What You Will Work On This role focuses on leading system and process enhancements that keep business operations running smoothly. Daily work involves driving improvements, supporting applications, and ensuring teams have accurate tools and data. Your decisions help streamline workflows and strengthen system reliability across the organization. You'll collaborate with business and IT partners to translate requests into functional requirements and own system changes from design through testing. Responsibilities include defining data and metric needs, improving reporting, and supporting special projects. These efforts build efficiency, reduce workload, and enhance the accuracy of key business processes. Who You Will Work With Strong partnerships with IT, software vendors, consultants, and business teams shape the work in this role. Cross-functional collaboration ensures systems remain aligned with business needs and that teams have the training, documentation, and support needed to succeed. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
