We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to one of our client and you will be hired as full time employee(W2). No

C2C/1099.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for insurance platforms (Policy, Claims, Billing).
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and API requirements.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted documentation tools) to accelerate requirements analysis and SDLC activities.
• Support API design by defining request/response structures, data mappings, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Assist in test planning, validation, and UAT support, including AI-assisted test case generation.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation, and support client presentations. Skills & Qualifications
• 6-10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in technology-driven programs.
• Strong understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, microservices integration).
• Experience working with SDLC tools, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar productivity tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing); experience with PAS platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent client management and communication skills; ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data mapping, integration analysis, and functional design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
