This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that core systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals. Essential Duties 1. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the core banking system and related applications. 2. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. 3. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. 4. Assist in the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and enhancements. 5. Document system processes, workflows, and user guides. 6. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements. 7. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across core systems. 8. Demonstrates thorough understanding of current systems and departmental workflows to support accurate analysis and effective solutions. 9.
