As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be in the office 5 days per week supporting the US, Canada, and Latin America and your hours will vary depending on what region you will be supporting. You will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written. How you will do it Monitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse. Manage backorders. Maintain ship dates. Manage order cancellations quickly. Answer calls Handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations etc. Pull regular reports to manage orders. Manage cases in Salesforce.com.
