Job Description

R&M Process Specialist Are you passionate about process improvement and resolving operational challenges in a dynamic environment? Do you enjoy working with systems, analyzing problems, and ensuring smooth remanufacturing processes? Partnering with the Best As an R&M Process Specialist , you will support complaint investigation and resolution within the remanufacturing process. You will contribute to operational efficiency by utilizing SAP systems, analyzing issues, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards. Fueling Your Passion In this role, you will develop your expertise by working on process-related complaints, supporting SAP-based remanufacturing activities, and ensuring data accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in operations. As an R&M Process Specialist , you will be responsible for: Investigating and resolving process-related complaints within remanufacturing operations Supporting SAP remanufacturing processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings to support issue resolution Maintaining and updating process documentation and system records Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely complaint closure Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues Utilizing standard computer systems and tools for tracking and reporting To Be Successful in
This Role, You Will:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent Possess basic knowledge or experience with SAP systems (preferably in remanufacturing) Demonstrate a general understanding of technical drawings Have strong written and verbal communication skills Be proficient in basic computer applications Show strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Work in a Way That Works for You This role may require flexibility in working hours based on business and operational needs.
Shift Timing:
Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM CST, with an on-call rotation every third weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Working with Us Our people are at the heart of our success.
