Systems Analyst Customer Data Integrations & Reporting Location:
Plano, TX Onsite Duration:
12+ Months W2 Contract Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with a hybrid skillset spanning customer data integrations and reporting/analytics. This role is critical in enabling end-to-end customer data visibility, from upstream and downstream system integrations as well as data reporting and insights. The candidate combines functional expertise in customer data with hands-on experience in data integration, transformation, and reporting, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Integrations Analyze, design, and support customer data integrations across enterprise systems (CRM, CDP, data warehouse, third-party platforms) Document and manage source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and transformation rules Partner with engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and data ingestion frameworks Ensure data consistency, deduplication, and mastering across systems Support data migration, onboarding of new sources, and system integrations Reporting & Analytics Gather and translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard solutions Design and deliver customer-focused KPIs, dashboards, and analytics Optimize data models and reporting layers for performance and scalability Enable self-service analytics for business users Data Governance & Compliance Support data governance, quality, and retention policies Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Partner with legal and compliance teams on customer data handling and audit readiness Stakeholder & Delivery Act as a liaison between business, data engineering, and reporting teams Develop functional and technical requirements, data specifications, and user stories Support UAT, validation, and production issue resolution Drive continuous improvement in data processes and reporting capabilities Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Data Analyst in data-centric environments Strong expertise in customer data domains (customer master, PII, consent, identity resolution, lifecycle) AI-Driven Data Quality & Anomaly Detection Proven experience with data integrations (ETL/ELT, APIs, data pipelines) Hands-on experience with AI assisted reporting/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses/lakes (Databricks, Java, AWS, etc.) Experience with data mapping, lineage, and transformation logic Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica or similar Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP, MDM) and identity resolution Exposure cloud data ecosystems (Data lake , Databricks, Python /Scale, AWS Glue, etc.) Experience with data quality tools like Informatica data quality and governance tools Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models
