12 Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Administrator/Developer to support enterprise-wide client and provider identity management initiatives within a large healthcare and human services environment. This role serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring accurate master data integration, identity resolution, data governance, and analytics enablement across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, data profiling, identity resolution, and data governance , along with strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Work Location Requirements 100% Onsite Austin, Texas Local Texas candidates only Must currently reside in Texas In-person interview required Key Responsibilities Master Data Management (MDM) Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management solutions. Support client and provider identity resolution initiatives across multiple source systems. Develop and maintain identity crosswalks and matching strategies. Improve data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across enterprise applications. Establish and maintain master data standards and governance processes. Identity Resolution & Data Integration Analyze and integrate complex member and provider identity data from internal and external systems. Develop identity matching, survivorship, and deduplication strategies. Support data integration efforts for analytics, reporting, and operational systems. Validate and maintain enterprise identity management processes. Data Analysis & Profiling Perform advanced SQL-based data profiling, validation, and analysis. Identify data quality issues and implement remediation strategies. Support data lineage, metadata management, and identity data analysis. Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure accurate identity resolution. Strategic Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business units, program staff, and subject matter experts to understand identity management requirements. Translate technical findings and data limitations into clear business language. Provide guidance on identity management best practices and data usage. Act as a trusted advisor for master data initiatives. Data Governance & Quality Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies and standards. Support implementation of data quality frameworks and controls. Promote best practices for data stewardship and master data management. Assist in maintaining enterprise data standards and documentation. AI & Data Enablement Support AI-driven data discovery and identity management initiatives. Develop standardized prompts and query templates for identity-related analytics. Validate AI-generated outputs and identify potential inaccuracies or hallucinations. Enable business users to effectively leverage AI tools for data analysis. Training & Documentation Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation related to MDM processes. Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. Promote organizational adoption of master data management principles. Support data literacy and self-service analytics initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter . 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolution requirements into actionable data solutions. 10+ years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools, including Informatica MDM . 8+ years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations to business users and leadership. 8+ years of advanced SQL experience including: Data identification Data profiling Data manipulation Data validation 8+ years collaborating with business stakeholders and analytics teams to develop and validate client/provider identification strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Data & Analytics 5+ years of experience with: Business Intelligence solutions Data Warehouses Enterprise Analytics platforms 5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) . Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics environments. Healthcare & Regulated Industries 4+ years of experience within: Healthcare Health and Human Services Government Highly regulated environments Strong understanding of client, member, provider, and agency data domains. Governance & Leadership Experience with: Data Governance Data Quality Management Data Stewardship Experience serving as the primary point of contact for MDM initiatives. Experience driving enterprise-wide MDM adoption and best practices. AI & Emerging Technologies Experience developing AI prompts and query strategies.
