Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ALIP Configurator to support the configuration, implementation, and deployment of insurance administration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring ALIP products, business rules, workflows, and policy administration systems. Key Responsibilities Configure ALIP products, business rules, and workflows based on business requirements. Manage and maintain policy administration and billing configurations. Perform configuration validation through functional and system testing. Support application deployments and implementation activities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend effective solutions. Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience 5-9 years of experience working with ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform). Strong experience in product configuration, policy administration, and billing configuration. Experience supporting testing and deployment activities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Compensation Base Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
