Job Description

Job Summary The A nalyst - EIT Program/Sys 1 provides technical support for Energy/Utilities Field Operations applications, including Geographical Information System (GIS), Work Management Information System (WMIS), and Mobile Data System (MDS). This role involves application development, configuration management, system administration, hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and security. The analyst is responsible for solution design, integration, enhancements, and documentation of operational procedures while providing end-user support in a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities Sup port Utility Field Operations Applications (GIS, WMIS, MDS) to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas services Install, configure, and test applications in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments Develop enterprise applications for cross-business unit use Promote code and configuration from lower environments to production Provide end-user support for Electric and Gas business areas Analyze and troubleshoot application/system issues and provide resolutions Collaborate with Infrastructure teams for server builds, OS patching, hardware tuning, and monitoring Work with Database Administrators on backups, patches, schema changes, and refreshes Integrate applications with other enterprise systems (e.g., OMS, SAP) Gather business requirements and complete assigned tasks Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations Required Qualifications B achelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in Energy/Utilities field operations application support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work in a team environment and across multiple locations (field, construction centers, main office) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Ex perience developing mobile and/or web applications Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS and Schneider Electric ArcFM products (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcFM Designer, ArcFM Mobile, ArcFM Web) Experience with CGI ARM Work Management System Experience with ABB Service Suite for field mobility operations ntegration experience with SAP/ERP Knowledge of Citrix, Windows, UNIX Shell scripting, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, Arc
GIS SDE, ESRI
Geometric and Utility Network Certifications N o specific certifications required; technical or GIS-related certifications are a plus
