We are currently seeking a JCC2 Subject Matter Expert at join our ongoing mission at JBSA-Lackland in San Antonio, TX.What You'll Do:
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods. Initiate, and review, modifications to project plans. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables. Prepare analytical reports Collaborate with decision makers to identify, resolve, and clarify management objectives. Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational needs. Observe the current system in operation, and gather and analyze information about each component, using a variety of sources. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Collaborate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Prepare management reports defining, evaluating, and recommending solutions. Develop and apply time and cost networks to plan, control, and review large projects.What You Bring:
The contractor shall obtain a U.S. security clearance at the minimum level of TS/SCI for all contractor personnel required to have access to classified information or require IT-II or IT-I level access.Normal Hours of Operation:
The contractor shall perform the services required under this contract during the following hours: Core hours of work are from 0900 to 1500 daily, Central Standard Time (CST), accounting for a one (1) hour lunch. Required work hours are typically eight (8) hours per day, 40 hours per week. Personnel shall not start earlier than 0600. Personnel are expected to be available during core duty hours. The contractor shall be notified in advance of any event requiring additional support beyond the normal eight-hour day. Special circumstances may require the extension of normal duty hours. Prior coordination with the Government is required if contractor requires access to the secure facility during non-standard work hours. The contractor task lead shall contact the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or CO for workplace alternatives.What We Offer:
