GC Must Have:

3+ years Calypso experience The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within financial services. Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Calypso, JIRA, SQL, Excel, and microservices-based systems. This person should be comfortable leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams while communicating effectively. A strong understanding of application architecture, combined with analytical thinking and the ability to manage trade-offs with stakeholders, is essential. A bachelor s degree in a related field such as computer science, finance, or information systems is required.
