Job Description

Systems Analyst (W2 only)
Locations:
TX, NH, RI
(Locals preferred) Ability to lead planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, sequencing of work, dependency identification, and risk management. Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments. Ability to translate Legal and operational needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Advanced analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements. Comfort working with modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows. Strong communication and facilitation skills to align legal stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and delivery partners. Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining transparency and predictability.
