UN COMN is seeking a Configuration Analyst (Business Process Analyst 2-3, Associate/Mid-Level) to: Maintain the War Data Platform's EA (enterprise architecture) baseline repository. Manage EA artifact metadata and coordinate with the Enterprise Architect on baseline change integration. Process approved architecture change packages, update EA tool content, and maintain version-controlled EA artifacts in the Government knowledge base. Administer EA tooling, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar. Prepare EA baseline status reports, track open architecture change packages through the Architecture Review Board (ARB) review lifecycle, and support EA baseline audit activities. Contingent upon contract award. This position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives. Requirements 5+ years of enterprise architecture support, EA tool administration, or systems engineering documentation experience in a DoD or Federal environment. Demonstrated proficiency with EA tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, Cameo, or similar) and document management systems. Experience maintaining DoDAF architectural view artifacts and supporting ARB operations. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility. Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at the Pentagon's CDAO facility, or at a designated partner facility within the local area, pending final site establishment. Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirement for Enterprise Architect (651), obtaining professional certifications or completing additional training, as needed. Preferred Active DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
