Configuration Management Lead

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and fourteen (14) years or more relevant experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more relevant experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in Configuration Management and IT service delivery using ITIL-aligned standards. Experience with ITSM frameworks and CMDB oversight in a federal or regulated environment. Proven expertise in ITIL 4-based configuration management practices. Experience managing CMDBs using Configuration Management tools, ensuring CI accuracy across complex organizational ecosystems. Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, propose resolutions, and improve Configuration Management processes. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to meet compliance and innovation objectives. Effective communication abilities to advocate for Configuration Management strategies across teams and stakeholders. CLIENT Public Trust Desired Qualifications:

Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher) and/or Configuration Management certifications. Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
