UN COMN is seeking a Systems Analyst (Business Process Analyst 2-3, Associate/Mid-Level) to: Maintain the War Data Platform's (WDP) requirements artifacts. Process approved requirements changes into the requirements repository. Update the requirements traceability matrix and maintain version-controlled requirements documentation in the Government knowledge base. Prepare (TEM) documentation including agendas, action item logs, and meeting minutes. Track open requirements issues through resolution, support requirements validation activities, and prepare requirements status reports for program management reviews. Manage workload independently and meet deadlines for assigned projects and deliverables. Contingent upon contract award. This position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives. Requirements 5+ years of requirements management, systems engineering support, or technical documentation experience in a DoD or Federal environment. Demonstrated proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, or similar) and document management systems. Prior experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices and preparing TEM documentation. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility. Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at the Pentagon's CDAO facility, or at a designated partner facility within the local area, pending final site establishment. Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirement for Systems Requirements Planner (641), obtaining professional certifications as required by the client/contract. Preferred Active DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, or CompTIA Security+. Why UN COMN?
