Description Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) provides high-quality, professional services to government and commercial sectors. RMC is hiring an experienced Business Operations Specialist with a background in IT procurement to support our customer in NSWC Dahlgren, VA. The selected applicant will support business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring cloud-based solutions, particularly in environments like Azure , meet and exceed government hosting requirements. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs related to cloud systems, translating them into technical specifications, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of cloud solutions. Requirements The selected applicant will be responsible for: Supporting and managing procurements for a DoD environment at an enterprise level Provide support for and procure items using the DoD Acquisition process Develop, administer and support service level agreements with DoD customers Manage relationships with commercial vendors Track and maintain commercial software licensing within a procurement tracking system Coordinate and monitor multiple actions, schedules, tasks and meetings Collaborate with all levels of industry and government to gather program data Participate and support the procurements through the ITPR submission process 2+ years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Execution, planning and prioritization skills including strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure , and cloud architecture preferred.

High School Diploma or
GED CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Must be able to obtain Security+ within 6 months of start date.
