Sunflower Functional O&M Support - U.S. Citizenship Required

CGI is seeking a junior functional resource to support operations and maintenance of a government agency's asset management system. This role is part of the functional team and will assist with end‑user support and training, help desk operations, annual asset inventory support, issue identification and troubleshooting, release management, process documentation, process re‑engineering, data conversion, and testing. The candidate should understand and demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of federal asset management best practices is preferred.
