projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end

implementations , including planning, design, realization, and deployment. Conduct and drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and define optimized business processes. Architect

solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and industry best practices. Lead cross-functional teams across modules (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP, etc.). Provide solution design and integration architecture for SAP and non-SAP systems. Oversee data migration strategy , execution, and validation. Ensure quality delivery across SIT, UAT, and go-live phases . Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadership . Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely project delivery. Mentor junior consultants and guide functional/technical teams. Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience with minimum 2 3 full-cycle

implementations . Strong expertise in at least one core module (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP) with cross-module integration knowledge. Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models. Hands-on experience with Fiori applications , roles, and UX strategy. Experience in system integration, APIs, and middleware (SAP

CPI/PI/PO

). Strong exposure to data migration tools (LTMC, LTMOM, Migration Cockpit). Proven ability to handle large-scale transformation programs . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Landscape Transformation approaches. Knowledge of RISE with SAP / Cloud deployments .

SAP S/4HANA

certification (mandatory or highly preferred). Exposure to SAP BTP, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views . Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and custom development frameworks. Industry experience (Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Pharma, etc.).
