Job Description

What We're Looking For Benchmark is hiring an Information Technology Generalist to provide administrative and entry level IT support to the bank's IT department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with others to solve problems. A positive, can-do attitude is required and the ability to communicate effectively with all level of employees. This position will be located in our Processing Building in Kenbridge, VA.
Qualifications:
Two or four-year degree preferred but not required. Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies. Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Salary Scale:
$37,586•$50,155
Schedule:
Full-time, working Monday•Friday, 8:30 a.m.•5:00 p.m.
