Job Description

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
Assists and supports IT team who work with end users and primary stakeholders to ensure systems meet the organization's business needs. Takes ownership, responsibility, and accountability of supporting business systems. Helps provide support and troubleshooting to end users to meet IT Service Level Agreements for incident management. Helps to perform system tests and ensures that test requirements are met. Helps to maintain system documentation for effective backup support. Communicates issues to management appropriately.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Eagerness to learn the software and increase knowledge over time while promoting it within the organization. Assist IT Systems Analyst I staff with application configuration. Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work. The ability to multi-task. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet goals in a timely manner / meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate with team members to move projects forward along with the ability to work independently and make progress.
