Job Description

Richmond based StyleCraft Homes is a locally based, family -owned business building homes in desirable communities throughout the Greater Richmond area. With a thoughtful and innovative approach to home design, StyleCraft Homes Live Up! They consistently Live Up beyond home buyer's expectationsother homebuilders' offerings. We are currently seeking a talented candidate who is excited to Live Up and join a culture that is dedicated to continual improvement and excellence as an onsite Systems Integration Specialist . The Systems Integration Specialist is primarily responsible for the managing and improving of business data and systems. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner who understands organizational system needs and executes problem solving measures to increase workplace productivity. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Key resource for managing and maintaining company data. Acts as main contact and subject expert for software and network support providers. Coordinates the technical implementation, programming, and analysis of integrations for departmental applications, for the main ERP system (Newstar) and ancillary systems. Makes recommendations for improvement where inefficiencies are identified. Assists with training users on correct use of software and reporting tools and is a resource to department managers. Understand interactions between different systems and business functions to assist in development of new processesprocedures related to business systems utilization. Maintains detailed documentation of network configuration, updates and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics and/or Accounting. Several years' experience advanced SQL and other Microsoft Application skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools demonstrated proficiency in designing and building data models, reports and dashboards experience understanding business needs for data and reporting Exceptional attention to detail and managing time effectively and efficiently. Strong collaboration, innate curiosity and desire to implement change. Dedicated to security and integrity of data and systems. Highly responsive and driven individual suited for a dynamic work environment. Committed to building and maintaining great working relationships. Experience with SQL, Power
