  • Configuration Management Analyst
  • to support mission-critical operations in a secure, on-site environment.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of configuration control—ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of system documentation across hardware, software, and infrastructure environments.   • Key Responsibilities
  • + Maintain and oversee the central repository for all system configuration documentation, including hardware, software, and infrastructure baselines + Ensure all Configuration Management (CM) deliverables are accurate, current, and audit-ready + Update and manage the

  • as directed by the COTR/Program Manager + Track, document, and manage all changes to system baselines, ensuring proper version control and traceability + Coordinate with Network and Facilities leads to maintain centralized documentation of physical layouts and infrastructure + Support program reviews by organizing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and facilitating documentation control processes + Collaborate with the Program Manager to provide consolidated monthly status updates on all change requests through resolution + Ensure secure storage and management of all laboratory operations documentation + Serve as backup support for procurement activities when needed + Assist with property accountability, inventory tracking, and ad hoc administrative duties •Required Qualifications•+ Active •TS/SCI clearance with polygraph•+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience (4+ years in lieu of degree) + Minimum of •5 years of configuration management experience•in environments of similar size and complexity + Strong working knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices + Experience with CM tools and software applications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) + Experience using collaboration and documentation platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint + Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables •Preferred Qualifications•+ Familiarity with information system change management best practices + Experience with Microsoft Access or similar CM databases + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Experience developing procedural documentation and workflow diagrams + Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment _At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
