Job Description

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of treasury management products and services for clients. This role ensures a seamless transition from sales to operational setup, providing expert guidance, technical support, and superior client experience throughout the implementation process. Specialists at levels I-III demonstrate increasing expertise, autonomy, and leadership in handling complex projects and client relationships.
Essential Functions:
Handles implementations of varying complexity; works under close supervision; develops foundational knowledge of treasury products. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, technology) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to established timelines and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues during onboarding. Maintain detailed documentation of implementation activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards. Assists in achieving goals to meet service level agreements, department goals and budget goals. Performs compliance and risk management duties as required or assigned. Regular, reliable attendance is required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively or independently. Proficient knowledge of banking Products and Services. Strong detail orientation with high level of organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative; ability to work well both independently and with others. Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service to clients in a deadline driven environment under the direction of management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work additional hours as required by operational and production workloads.

94 per hour The pay range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
