Talent Systems Analyst I

The Talent Systems (HRIS) Analyst I will focus on support and maintenance of the HRIS, Workday, in addition to other systems supported by the Talent Systems team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, reporting, and analyzing data.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred

Experience:

1-2 years of HRIS experience preferred, 1+ years HR experience

Travel:

0-10%

Work Schedule:

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolves front-line support questions and issues raised by the business. Collaboratively assists with configuration and testing for projects, improvements, and releases. Creates and maintains Talent Systems documentation and job aids as is needed. Provides training support on Talent Systems business processes to end users. Leverages Workday Community for researching system capabilities. Helps ensure the overall integrity and accuracy of system data. Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes. Gains technical and industry knowledge through participation in WSP and Workday Trainings. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
