Job Description
Responsible for administering SCCM backend environment to ensure system stability, performance, and overall health. Manages configuration changes to core components and system settings, including software distribution, client health monitoring, reporting, boundary configurations, and bandwidth optimization. Oversees the development and deployment of automated imaging processes for desktop and laptop devices. aintains, tests, and updates operating system images as well as enterprise security configurations for endpoint devices. Creates, customizes, deploys, and automates software packages through SCCM. Additional responsibilities include managing software and hardware upgrades, patch and antivirus deployment, and application installation and lifecycle support.
