Job Description

We are seeking a temporary IT Assistant position at our Stevens Point, WI, office. The IT Assistant role is a temporary position established to support the 2026 Laptop Replacement Project.
Responsibilities
The IT Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks: Imaging and configuring user accounts and software for approximately 200 laptops.
Creating Laptop Replacement Service Requests and documenting the computer build checklist.
Maintaining the 2026 laptop replacement spreadsheet to track progress and packaging and shipping laptop replacements.
