In this role, you'll drive meaningful process improvements, support teammates with complex issues, and build seamless integrations with Dayforce. Reporting to the HR Technology Manager, the HR Technology (HRIS) Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system and its integration with other platforms. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to support system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to HR technology initiatives. The HR Technology Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas, supporting subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, developing reports, and analyzing data flows to identify process improvement opportunities. This role also assists with HCM upgrades, patches, integrations, and other technical projects to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively. Primary Responsibilities Partner with functional teams, technical staff, and third-party vendors to support system integrations and initiatives. Assist with configuring and maintaining integrations originating from the HCM. Maintain data integrity through audits, queries, and analysis. Support reporting and analytics needs; experience with Power BI is a plus. Support the maintenance, testing, and implementation of HCM system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and recommend solutions or process improvements. Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and training materials. Stay current on HCM technology trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and system capabilities. Exposure to AI tools or technologies is preferred. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4 + years of experience supporting or administering an
HCM/HRIS
system. Experience supporting system integrations, including configuring or maintaining APIs from an HCM platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data issues. Experience working with data queries, reporting, and maintaining data integrity. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and IT. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools or technologies that support automation, analytics, or business processes. Experience participating in or leading HCM system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience supporting system or process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of HR, payroll, or workforce management processes.
