Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering solutions for Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS), including MES and related applications. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software and hardware solutions, ensuring system security, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business and production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and deliver solutions for IMS, MES, and MS SQL-based systems (SSRS/SSAS) Develop, test, implement, and maintain software and hardware solutions Ensure physical and cyber security of internal IT systems by monitoring risks and implementing fixes Assist with deployment, management, and support of manufacturing solutions Gather and define system requirements through interaction with internal customers Review and respond to issues related to system changes Provide oversight of external/contracted development work Monitor output quality to ensure systems meet required specifications Troubleshoot complex application and IT-related issues impacting business operations Follow software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes when required
Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in MS SQL Server including queries, views, triggers, stored procedures, SSRS, and SSIS Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, ASP, C++, and C# Ability to work independently in development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation Strong communication skills to effectively update leadership and stakeholders Ability to estimate timelines and effort for tasks accurately Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks independently Fluent verbal and written English communication Team-oriented with a self-starter mindset and ownership of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline 3+ years of industry experience (manufacturing experience preferred) Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), especially Android/Zebra devices Experience with MES (Camstar/Opcenter), SAP S4, PAC, or similar systems Experience supporting production IT systems (hardware and software) in manufacturing environments
