A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN
IT, Technical Analyst II This role will spend the most time addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience, preparing new hires and facilitating a positive onboarding process by preparing their laptops, ordering their equipment, and providing basic technical training. and supporting technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes. Responsibilities encompass inventory management, system maintenance, network configuration, and leading delegated projects. This role will spend the most time addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience, preparing new hires and facilitating a positive onboarding process by preparing their laptops, ordering their equipment, and providing basic technical training. and supporting technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in an enterprise environment, or 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years working in an enterprise setting. Intermediate understanding of various computer software and hardware Demonstrates a high level of customer service. Technical expertise Time management skills Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to learn and develop new skill sets TRAVEL As needed
