Job Description Insight Global is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant for a top energy client. This consultant will play a critical role in supporting LMS digitization and OJT tracking initiatives, working closely with HR and operational teams to translate complex training requirements into scalable SF Learning configurations. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, understands the nuances of technician qualification programs, and can confidently navigate data imports, reporting, and automation while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.
