Job Description

Job Description The IT team is seeking a highly organized, technically oriented professional to support leadership across documentation, process development, research, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications. This person will work closely with IT leadership to help translate ideas, discussions, and operational needs into clear documentation, structured processes, research deliverables, and communication materials that support the department's broader strategic initiatives. This role is not intended to be a traditional administrative support position, nor is it a deeply hands-on engineering role. Instead, the ideal candidate will bring a strong ability to operate in technical environments, work alongside stakeholders, synthesize information quickly, and produce polished written deliverables that help move initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with IT leadership to draft, edit, and refine policies, procedures, and process documentation
  • Sit in on meetings with leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to capture key takeaways and translate conversations into actionable documentation and followup materials
  • Conduct research and analysis on technical, operational, and market-related topics to support decision-making, presentations, and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the development and documentation of new internal processes, particularly as the organization works through operational and structural changes
  • Support communication of process updates and organizational changes through internal tools such as SharePoint
  • Help develop content for leadership-facing and public-facing needs, including briefing materials, talking points, Q&A documents, and supporting content for presentations or panels
  • Collaborate across multiple IT functions and projects rather than supporting just one single initiative
  • Organize information from multiple sources and create clear, polished outputs tailored to different audiences We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
