As a Workday Functional Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for: + Supporting Workday functional workstreams for implementation and optimization projects + Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements related to HR processes and Workday functionality + Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and design discussions to support business process and system decisions + Assisting with Workday configuration, testing, data validation, and end-user training activities + Developing project deliverables, including process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to provide clear guidance to others Our HR Strategy & Technology Offering develops HR strategies and implements HR technologies that help organizations improve workforce experience and HR effectiveness. Required:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 2+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams on Workday Human Capital Management ( HCM ) implementation or optimization projects + 2+ years of experience configuring at least one Workday HCM functional area + 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and business processes + 2+ years of experience in consulting or in human resources, finance, or technology + Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Workday HCM certification in one or more HCM modules + 2+ years of experience serving Fortune 500 or equivalent clients + 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations + Experience using Microsoft Visio to create process flows or technical diagrams You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
