Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Technology Transformation Analyst to help build and scale a modern, data-driven wellness business in North Fresno focused on bloodwork analysis, personalized nutrition, fitness programming, recovery, and longevity optimization. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, client experience, and innovation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, process-oriented, and excited about leveraging systems, automation, CRM platforms, and AI tools to improve both the client experience and internal efficiency. You will work directly with leadership to help design and implement scalable systems that support client onboarding, communication, scheduling, reporting, marketing workflows, wellness data management, and operational analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, implementing modern technology solutions, and helping build a next-generation wellness platform. Responsibilities CRM & Client Systems Manage and optimize the company CRM platform to improve client onboarding, communication, retention, and reporting Build and maintain client pipelines, workflows, automations, and lifecycle tracking Improve lead management processes and conversion tracking Support integration between CRM, scheduling systems, payment systems, and communication platforms Technology & Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable technology solutions Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for systems and workflows Help streamline administrative processes through automation and AI tools Evaluate and recommend software platforms to improve operations and client experience AI & Automation Research and implement AI tools to support: Client communication Reporting Internal knowledge management Marketing workflows Meeting summaries Data organization Administrative efficiency Assist in developing AI-enhanced workflows for coaches and operations staff Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reporting tools Analytics & Reporting Build operational and performance dashboards Track KPIs related to: Lead generation Conversion Retention Client engagement Revenue metrics Operational efficiency Assist leadership with data analysis and business insights Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with coaching, operations, and leadership teams to improve client experience Support implementation of new initiatives and systems as the business scales Train team members on technology tools and workflows when needed Qualifications Experience in operations, business systems, CRM administration, project coordination, or technology transformation roles Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as: HubSpot GoHighLevel Salesforce Mindbody Trainerize Practice Better Similar systems Strong interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and operational efficiency Comfortable learning and implementing new software platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, Notion, or workflow automation tools Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, or service-based businesses Understanding of customer journey optimization and client retention systems Basic understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or workflow AI integrations What We Offer Opportunity to help build a modern, technology-enabled wellness brand Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Exposure to cutting-edge wellness and AI technologies High-impact role with visibility to leadership Professional growth opportunities as the company scales Competitive compensation with long-term growth potential If you are passionate about technology, innovation, AI, and building efficient systems that improve people's health and experience, we'd love to connect with you.
