Position Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented Reporting and Technology Analyst to play a key role in advancing our reporting capabilities, strengthening our systems, and enabling smarter, data-driven outcomes across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and operations. You'll bring a blend of technical expertise and business partnership to deliver impactful reporting, support critical systems, and help teams translate data into action. From building dashboards and managing integrations to supporting Salesforce and enabling emerging AI tools, your work will directly influence operational efficiency and client success. As a trusted partner to Operations, Finance, Client Services, and Technology leadership, you'll help ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and continuous improvement across Odyssey's platforms. Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics Develop, enhance, and maintain operational and management reporting using SSRS and Power BI Create dashboards and insights that support relocation operations, client reporting, financial performance, and executive visibility Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Insight, Salesforce, and other core systems Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights Technical Support & Platform Enablement Serve as a senior escalation point for technical issues related to reporting systems, data flows, and business platforms Troubleshoot data discrepancies, integrations, and system challenges impacting internal and client reporting Document processes, standards, and support procedures to improve reliability and transparency Salesforce Technical Oversight Provide day-to-day technical oversight of Salesforce, including configuration support, data integrity, reporting, and integrations Partner with administrators, users, and vendors on enhancements, issue resolution, and release planning Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, Insight, and downstream reporting tools AI Enablement & Analytics Innovation Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools that enhance reporting, automation, and internal productivity Collaborate with business teams to identify practical, responsible, and value-driven AI use cases Promote thoughtful and compliant use of AI aligned with Odyssey's security and data standards API Management & Integrations Support and maintain API integrations across Insight, Salesforce, third-party vendors, and reporting platforms Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and partners Maintain clear documentation of integrations, data mappings, and system dependencies
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position in the U.S. ranges from $60,000 - $75,000, depending on job-related skills, experience, and work location. This role is also be eligible for healthcare benefits, paid time-off, and other incentives. While this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum for new hires across all U.S. locations, the final offer will be determined by multiple factors.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting approaches Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Adaptable and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Experience Required:
Proven experience in reporting, analytics, or a related technical role Strong hands-on expertise in SSRS and Power BI Experience supporting and troubleshooting business-critical applications and data integrations Experience supporting and overseeing Salesforce environments Familiarity with API integrations and cross-system data exchange Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Experience in relocation, mobility, professional services, or similarly complex operational environments preferred Exposure to AI tools supporting analytics, reporting automation, or operational efficiency is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
