Job Description
Key Responsibilities Technical Support:
Act as the first line of defense for help desk tickets, providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.Lifecycle Management:
Own the "Day 1" experience by imaging laptops, configuring workstations, and managing the onboarding/offboarding process for employees.Identity & Access:
Assist with user account provisioning and access management across various corporate platforms.Asset & Inventory:
Maintain a meticulous inventory of hardware and software assets; assist with periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.Project Assistance:
Support the IT team in deploying new system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.Qualifications Educational Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with various Operating Systems (Windows/macOS) and basic networking concepts.Problem Solver:
A "figure-it-out" mentality with the ability to research solutions to unfamiliar technical hurdles.Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues without using jargon.Reliability:
