Job Description

Our client, a leading public utility organization, is seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • up to $60.00 per hour
  • What's the Job?
  • + Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and distribution lists across multiple zones + Support and maintain Windows Server Operating systems, including installation, patching, and upgrades + Interact with internal customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively + Manage VMware vCenter VM environments and HPE server hardware (DL380/360) + Support hardware and software installations, including server racking, cabling, and OS setup •What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field + Proven experience with Windows Server administration and support + Strong troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person + Experience managing HPE server hardware and firmware upgrades + Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and networking troubleshooting
