About the Role XiFin is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead a critical engineering and AI hiring initiative. This role will focus on recruiting top‑tier Software Engineers, AI and Machine Learning talent, and Quality Engineers for our healthcare SaaS platform. This consultant will act as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leaders and executives, owning end‑to‑end recruiting delivery while designing and executing highly targeted sourcing strategies for niche and competitive technical roles. The ideal candidate brings deep technical recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to drive a disciplined, efficient recruiting process in a fast‑paced environment. This is estimated to be a 4 to 6 month contract. This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States. This is an onsite position in our San Diego office. How you will make an impact: In this role, you ll:: Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a defined set of engineering roles, including Software Engineers, AI / ML engineers, and Quality Engineers across multiple levels tied to a timeline for a critical launch Design and execute proactive, data‑driven sourcing strategies for highly specialized and hard‑to‑fill technical roles Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse technical talent through direct sourcing and networking Introduce and utilize sourcing tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other tools to shorten the recruiting timeline Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to develop hiring strategies and execute to timelines Drive a structured and efficient recruiting process, ensuring clear communication, timely decision‑making, and an excellent candidate experience Ensure compliance with internal hiring practices and applicable employment regulations while operating in a consultant capacity What you will bring to the assignment: We re looking for someone who thrives as a strategic partner and operator. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including: Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or a relevant field Significant experience recruiting for technical roles within SaaS, product‑driven, or healthcare technology organizations Proven success hiring Software Engineers, AI / Machine Learning talent, and Quality Engineers across multiple levels of seniority Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and niche market sourcing Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives on hiring strategy and execution. Strong understanding of technical role requirements, engineering team structures, and modern software development environments Experience managing recruiting processes end‑to‑end, including pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation Pay Transparency At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness.
