Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Technical Support Engineer with experience in payment systems and terminal management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of payment terminals (preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology), strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to analyze logs and support deployment and maintenance of terminal software.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide QA and technical support for payment terminal solutions. Troubleshoot issues by analyzing trace logs and system behavior. Support testing, validation, and certification of payment applications. Assist in deployment and configuration of payment terminals, including OS and application loading. Work with terminal management systems (TMS), including hosted estate management tools. Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve defects. Ensure smooth operation and lifecycle management of payment devices. Document issues, resolutions, and testing procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in QA and/or technical support roles. Familiarity with payment terminals, preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology devices. Strong understanding of payment processing systems and workflows. Ability to debug and analyze trace/system logs. Experience with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or hosted estate management platforms. Knowledge of terminal provisioning, including OS and application loading. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
