General Summary and Purpose:

This value-oriented equity analyst role provides primary coverage of the Technology sector and secondary coverage across the broader value universe (Industrials, Financials, Consumer, Energy). Bottom-up fundamental approach across small

• mid, and large-cap US equities, with a strong emphasis on downside protection, balance sheet quality, and free cash flow durability reporting directly into the Chief Investment Officer.

You Will:

Generate investment ideas with clear and differentiated investment theses Build financial models with emphasis on balance sheet quality, overall financial health, assessment of free cash flow generation and sustainability across economic cycles Cover a minimum 30-40 companies in the Technology sector and value universe Track earnings calls, investor days, and management meetings Develop proprietary channel checks; proactively flag deteriorating theses, balance sheet stress, or earnings quality concerns

You Have:

Fundamental equity research experience with a demonstrated value orientation Direct Technology sector coverage experience from a value perspective Track record of generating actionable, differentiated investment ideas Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $150,000

• $ 200,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications. Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance. Victory Capital Management's total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
