Years Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Design and implement integration solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work with XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and support end-to-end testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
  • Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs and support procedures.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations .
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services .
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON .
  • Experience with SOAP and REST APIs .
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and integration testing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR and IT teams.
