The expected pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. We are seeking Associate Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will solve complex client business challenges and translate requirements into clear strategies and solutions. You will apply professional judgment while advising clients on Workday solutions that maximize efficiency and effectiveness across their organizations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills who are interested in business technology consulting and can operate independently in a client-facing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Leverage firm resources and training programs to develop a strong understanding of Workday functionality and apply that knowledge to client solution strategies. Lead and participate in all phases of system implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration approach, testing strategy, deployment planning, and post-production support. Advise and assist clients in testing Workday HR, payroll, and financial transactions through unit, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and parallel testing. Develop and present processes, solution designs, and integration flows using flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual tools. Design end-user training approaches and support material to drive successful adoption and process improvements. Configure system modules following established best practices and client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues by identifying root causes in system configuration, integrations, or data, and recommend effective solutions. Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify and recommend opportunities for system optimization and enhancements. Manage assigned tasks and deliverables using firm-provided project management tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to exercise independent judgement. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to advise and engage senior business leaders. Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to gather requirements, develop and write clear documentation, and present findings or solutions effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to client needs. Bachelor's degree required; a Master's (or higher) is a plus.
