is currently seeking a Healthcare Technology Consulting Senior Associate with Epic experience to join our Healthcare Technology Consulting team. This role supports delivery across Epic-related engagements, including implementation, optimization, and post-go-live stabilization. The Senior Associate will contribute to client delivery by supporting workflow analysis, system build validation, testing, and project coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Epic exposure who are looking to grow within a consulting environment and expand their experience across healthcare technology initiatives. Client Service & Delivery Support Epic delivery activities across implementation, upgrade, and optimization engagements Assist with workflow validation, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support Participate in current-state assessments and help identify process and system improvement opportunities Support build validation, issue tracking, and defect resolution efforts Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, and client deliverables Project Execution Assist with coordination of project activities, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions Help maintain project tracking tools (e.g., timelines, risks, issues) and escalate concerns as appropriate Support delivery milestones through collaboration with cross-functional teams Problem Solving & Technical Development Apply foundational Epic and healthcare workflow knowledge to support issue resolution Contribute to analysis of client challenges and identification of solutions Build knowledge of Epic workflows, implementation lifecycle, and healthcare operations Communication & Collaboration Support development of client-facing materials Communicate clearly with team members and client stakeholders Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Practice & Team Contribution Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and templates Participate in team training and development activities Support practice initiatives as needed Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1-3 years of experience supporting Epic projects or healthcare technology initiatives Experience supporting Epic implementations or optimization efforts Experience working within healthcare workflows Epic experience preferred; certification not required Prior consulting or client-facing experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with project tracking tools Interest in developing deeper Epic expertise Core Competencies (RSM-Aligned) Client Service

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range:
$85,100
  • $161,700 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
