Technology, Software, IT, Electronics Description Description SAIC is seeking an On-site IT Support Technician to support a large federal government agency. Employee will report on-site, at a secure government location during the day shift excluding weekends and holidays. Work is onsite at multiple locations in the Washington, DC area.
Description of Duties:
Interface with customers at an on-site location taking scheduled appointments and walk-ins. Assist customers with mobile device provisioning, activation, and enrollment. Assist customers with updating the operating system on Apple and Android devices. Troubleshoot GO virtual and GO browser issues and assist with logging in via PIV, and Citrix.
Qualifications Required Education & Experience:
AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and eight (8) years of related experience with relevant certification Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with data entry standards. Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with end-users, including VIPs. Basic knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS and Android). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.
Required Clearance:
US Citizenship. Active Secret Clearance.
Target salary range:
$80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
