Job Description -Advanced degree in relevant field and 4+ years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree in relevant field and 15+ years relevant experience or, by exception and with approval, appropriate technical certificate/credentials with 20+ years relevant experience. Experienced and capable to function as technical lead and subject matter expert for systems engineering, information technology, and technical documentation. Function as operational lead on Information Technical projects and operations; workforce management; and oversight and management of contract performance and deliverables.
