Full Job Description Essential Functions:
The Analyst and Operations Technical Support Specialist role is responsible for providing analytical support and technical assistance to ensure the efficient operation of our systems and processes. This position will work closely with various departments to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational performance. The analyst will be
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide technical support for operational systems, helping resolve issues for end-users promptly and effectively. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality. Conduct training sessions for team members on new tools and processes. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights. Participate in project planning and implementation activities to support operational goals and improvements. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to help inform operational strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in an analytical or technical support role, preferably in operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL) is preferred. Familiarity with operational systems and technical troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
