Job Description:
Workday HCM / Payroll System Analyst A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Workday HCM / Payroll Analyst to support and optimize Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking operations. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance system functionality, improve processes, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. You must be in the US for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and optimize Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking functionality
  • Configure and maintain payroll and time-related business processes
  • Troubleshoot complex system, payroll, and data issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Support integrations, EIBs, audits, and process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally on system enhancements and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM and Payroll experience
  • Strong experience with Workday Time Tracking / Time & Attendance
  • Knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Workday reporting, integrations, or implementations is a plus
