What You'll Actually Do:

This is primarily a sales-focused role , but it also involves hands-on repair work . On a typical day you will: Sell Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls who already need help with their garage door. Quickly build trust, diagnose the problem, explain available options, and recommend the best solution. Close repair or upgrade opportunities that meet the customer's wants & needs.

Repair:

Once the job is approved, you'll complete the repair yourself.

Common tasks include:

Replacing springs, rollers, cables, and other door components Installing garage door openers, keypads, and accessories Running wiring and adjusting equipment for proper operation Lubricating and testing garage doors to ensure smooth and safe performance Using professional hand and power tools to complete the work you sell

Serve:

Deliver an excellent customer experience that creates repeat customers and referrals. Collect payments and properly document completed service calls. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every home you visit.

Schedule Looks Like:

This is NOT a punch-the-clock desk job. We're in the home service industry , which means when a homeowner's garage door stops working, they count on us to show up and solve the problem. Most days run 8-12 hours depending on demand, service calls, and how motivated you are to earn . Some days you'll wrap up early, and other days you will be given one more call because it makes sense for the customer—and your paycheck. Our team also works rotating weekends so we can continue delivering great service when customers need us most. If you like staying active, helping people, and turning effort into income , you'll fit right in here. • What We Require:

  Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds , bend, kneel, climb, and work in various temperatures Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Comfort using smartphones, navigation apps, tablets, and basic software Basic reading and math skills for measurements and payments Minimum 1 year of consultative sales experience preferred
