14622 - Business Analyst (Onsite) -

Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with IT product development, engineering, or project delivery (5+ years); Experience with leading cross-functional teams through complex product or technology solution delivery in a high-tech or government environment (5+ years); Experience with coordinating software or system integration activities and ensuring post-deployment support and readiness; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with full software product lifecycle stages, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization; Experience with business analysis, process modeling, and as-is/to-be documentation using tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, and SmartDraw; Experience with system development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall;
Preferred:
Experience with AASHTOWare suite configuration, implementation, or integration; Experience with agile and iterative delivery methods, backlog grooming, and sprint planning; Experience with government procurement and IT project governance (Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1 - 60GG-5); Experience with SharePoint 365, ServiceNow, and collaborative product planning tools; Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft DevOps. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Support delivery of software-based products and system enhancements throughout the full lifecycle, from planning through implementation and stabilization; Facilitate collaboration among business users, technical development teams, product owners, and enterprise architecture to ensure product solutions align with functional needs and technical standards; Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and release schedules, including coordination of upgrade timelines and enhancement priorities; Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks, clarify scope and acceptance criteria, and monitor progress through each stage of the development cycle; Serve as a liaison between business users and product partners, addressing questions related to integrations, custom development needs, and post-deployment support; Support solution evaluation activities including prototyping, technical feasibility reviews, user validation, and testing efforts; Analyze current customizations for compatibility and potential migration into the AASHTOWare SaaS product suite.
