DESCRIPTION
The Professional Services Consultant will enable customers to be successful implementing Qualityze software. They will manage and perform system configuration to meet the clients business needs and to meet industry specific Best Practice. The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for ownership of customer issues and works with internal and external resources to address. The Professional Services Consultant will provide thorough post client documentation, open issues reports and communicate across multiple divisions within Qualityze to ensure successful implementations. Computer literacy skills, continuing knowledge of software revision changes and attention to detail are critical skills for the role. The Professional Services Consultant will provide clients with product knowledge and expertise, software validation expertise and working knowledge of regulatory requirements. The Professional Services Consultant works in a fast-paced team environment to provide high quality services to a broad customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with implementation manager and technical teams to execute all activities as outlined in the project plan Subject matter expert and product consultant for Qualityze solutions Provides best practice advice and input for customer process discussions Assist with procedural changes needed for the technology change Responsible for integrated application testing; provide feedback to analyst on required changes Provide customer implementation support as needed Performs required tasks to ensure timely go live and customer satisfaction Performs go live support as per the project scope Assist with obtaining customer acceptance Customer and internal communications Revenue awareness Maintaining strong industry and product knowledge Manage customers relationship. Ability to perform product demos and training Provide customers with industry Best Practice. Guiding, planning and support customers to be successful with Qualityze products Project documentation Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers Assist customers in effective electronic quality management system Other duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
: Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, over the telephone and in e-mail Ability to successfully operate a laptop computer, MS Office Suite products and develop effective reports when called upon. Ability to continually learn and grasp new terminology, application revision changes and industry changes Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of a manufacturing environment with capability to conceptualize document solutions Proven success working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines Mastery of planning, coordination, and task prioritization skills
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor Degree in Business/Science Ability to work non-standard hours Up to 30% travel may be required
