Job Summary As a Customer Technology Marketing Analyst for the UPS Forwarding Hub, you will help define and deliver the next generation of digital freight forwarding solutions. You'll turn market insights, customer needs, and emerging technologies into impactful product capabilities that enhance transparency, speed, and control for our customers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support product development, pricing strategy, and digital adoption—playing a key role in accelerating UPS's digital growth and strengthening our market leadership. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Delivery Support the roadmap, design, and delivery of Forwarding Hub features (e.g., quoting, documentation, workflows) Translate customer feedback and business needs into user stories and functional requirements Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to deliver high-impact solutions Backlog Prioritization & Stakeholder Alignment Prioritize enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility Support backlog refinement, release planning, and scope definition Provide clear analysis and recommendations to align stakeholders and guide decisions Pricing Strategy & Optimization Support pricing capabilities, including buy/sell rates, margin visibility, and workflows Partner with Pricing and Finance to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable, and compliant Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin performance, and pricing accuracy Deployment, Testing & Quality Assurance Lead or support user acceptance testing and release validation Track and resolve defects in collaboration with engineering teams Ensure releases meet quality, readiness, and business standards Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Analyze adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify improvements Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and business outcomes Support ongoing optimization of digital tools and workflows Marketing & Adoption Support Assist in product messaging, training materials, and go-to-market efforts Partner with internal teams to drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities Help communicate product value clearly to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field Experience with digital platforms or product development (logistics or pricing preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working in agile environments and managing backlogs Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams Preferred Experience with transportation management systems or freight forwarding platforms Knowledge of pricing strategy and revenue optimization Proficiency in analytics tools (Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, SQL) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and will require commuting to the office.
